Distributing, Pick and Place, and Sorting, combined onto two MPS stations
The station also includes IO-LINK capabilities
The MPS 203 Basic represents a small production line consisting of Distributing/Conveyor station, a Joining station and a Sorting station.
The Distribution / Conveyor Station provides the workpieces.
The Joining Station puts a cup on the workpiece.
The Sorting Station sorts the workpieces to their colour or material.
The MPS System 203 Industry 4.0 represents a small production line consisting of a slightly modified Distributing/Conveyor station, a Joining station and a Sorting station.
The overall system is networked with PROFINET and has been expanded with several RFID write/read heads.
